ABSTRACT Mental disorders are medical illnesses, not magic or mysticism (many Indonesian people still regard mental as non-medical illnesses). The organ that is disturbed in with the brain. purpose of this study was to identify improvements SRQ score patients undergoing TMS and Neurofeedback at Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital, Bogor. This used a descriptive cross-sectional study, sample 30 therapy rooms Bogor, West Java Province, using purposive sampling technique. Data collection tools 29 before after therapy. In conducted on Hospital it can be concluded there an increase value Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ 29) Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for each interpretation. (Mental Emotional Disorders, Addictive Psychotic Disorders Post Trauma Syndrome (PTSD)), although scores very significant, partly due patient's irregularity according scheduled time, could also medication inadequate pharmacological, psychoeducational & other therapies. Keywords: Questionnaire, ABSTRAK Gangguan jiwa adalah penyakit medis, bukan gaib atau mistis (masyarakat Indonesia masih banyak yang menganggap gangguan non medis).
